When it comes to galvanized screws, everyone will think of ordinary hot-dip galvanized screws, so what is the difference between dacromet galvanized screws and ordinary hot-dip galvanized screws? Follow the footsteps of me to take you to do a simple introduction:
1. Dacromet galvanized screws, dacromet is a kind of paint, can be sprayed, centrifugal drying, impregnation coating, coating is more uniform than electroplating, coating appearance is usually silver, can also be according to customer requirements for appearance color treatment.
2. Ordinary hot-dip galvanized screws, also called hot-dip galvanized screws, are a kind of metal anticorrosion method, mainly used in metal structure facilities of various industries. It is to put the steel parts after rust removal into the melting zinc liquid at about 500 degrees Celsius, so that the surface of the steel member is attached with zinc layer, so as to achieve the purpose of corrosion prevention.
3. Hot dip galvanizing is also electrogalvanizing. Because hydrogen embrittling will inevitably occur during pickling and electroplating, there will be the problem of power line distribution
4. General salt spray test of hot-dip galvanized screws can reach 400-500 hours. The coating is very thick, generally to 50-80u, so the hot dip galvanized nut of the screw should be hot plated after reaming. Dacromet screws general salt spray test can be 240-2000 hours, and dacromet does not pollute the environment.
